Vitamin D may help cut MS, arthritis rates

Vitamin D appears to be useful in cutting incidences of multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis, according to two recent studies on women. The study results may explain why the two diseases more commonly appear in people living in northern latitudes with decreased exposure to sunlight.
