After Florida voucher ruling, both sides vow to press their cause

Voucher foes say the Florida Supreme Court's rejection last week of the state's Opportunity Scholarship Program rendered a major blow to the nation's voucher movement. Voucher supporters, however, view the court's decision as "flimsy" and not necessarily applicable to other states' programs.
