Shopping expert Teri Gault runs Thegrocerygame.com, a Web site that alerts consumers to retailers' coupons and givebacks. Among her top six picks: Walgreen Co. offers rebates on many of its items, Staples' rewards card gives a $15 discount on every $200 spent in a quarter, and grocery stores' rewards card programs often offer bigger savings than such big-box chains as Wal-Mart Stores.
