Wal-Mart's China strategy key to growth

Wal-Mart Stores is fighting for dominance in China, where retailers including Tesco PLC and Carrefour also compete. Because of Wal-Mart's near-saturation of the U.S. market, success with China's 1.2 billion consumers will be critical going forward, according to a consulting firm.
