Obama to keep global AIDS coordinator Dybul

President-elect Barack Obama has asked the U.S. global AIDS coordinator, Ambassador Mark Dybul, to retain his post through the inauguration for an undetermined length of time. Dybul has overseen the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief under President George W. Bush.
