Idaho, other states move to recruit Calif. poultry farmers

Idaho and other states are introducing legislation designed to attract poultry and egg farmers from California, where stricter regulations on the treatment of farm animals were approved a year ago. In Idaho, state Sen. Tim Corder said he will draft a proposal to revise current state rules to specifically address the interests of poultry farmers.
