Indiana lawmakers propose $50M relocation fee for casinos

Indiana lawmakers filed a bill that would require a $50 million fee for riverboat casinos to move onto dry land. According to a state committee on gaming, a land-based casino in Gary, Ind., could generate up to $11 million in new revenue for the state. Majestic Star Casinos owns Gary's two casino licenses.
