Nielsen charts new growth for online video

The number of Americans screening online video clips in December grew by 10.3% to 137.4 million, compared with the same month in 2008, Nielsen Online is reporting. The number of clips increased by 11.8% to 10.7 billion, compared with 2008, and users' viewing time on average grew by 13.2% to 193.2 minutes, according to Nielsen.
