Officials in New York clash over bridge repairs

New York state Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli is sparring with the state's Department of Transportation over the slow pace of bridge repairs in the western part of the state. DiNapoli says DOT did not address the problems found by inspectors in the required time frame, but transportation officials argued most of the repairs met deadline and others were hampered because of flooding.
