Research: Fracture risk reduced with calcium and vitamin D

Men and women of all ages can cut their bone-fracture risk by taking daily calcium and vitamin D supplements, according to a recent study. Researchers looked at data from more than 68,500 people in seven studies and found that the combination is more effective than vitamin D alone.
