Tech spending will see some recovery in 2010, analyst says

Global spending on technology products and services will grow 8.1% this year, Forrester Research predicted. Nationwide, spending is expected to increase 6.6% to $568 billion. Despite the projected rebound, "the level of computer-equipment purchases in 2010 will still be lower than in 2008 or even 2007," said Forrester analyst Andrew Bartels.
