Some schools get sneaky when it comes to healthy food

School-lunch officials in New York state coax students to try more nutritious foods but also hide healthy ingredients in recipes to get young palates used to new tastes. Cambridge Central School District cafeteria manager Amy Braun uses kidney beans in a puree served with tacos; over time, she says, she makes the sauce chunkier, until finally students can see they have been eating the beans all along.
