$580M Kan. mixed-use development breaks ground

A 58-acre mixed-use development project dubbed Prairiefire broke ground Thursday in Overland Park, Kan. The project's $160 million first phase is expected to be completed by spring of 2014. The $580 million project will include retail space, a museum and a movie theater.
