Target gives groceries a cheap-chic, high-fashion gloss

Target is giving food items the high-fashion treatment in order to elevate its PFresh grocery business. The campaign is running on television and in digital, radio and newspaper insert ads. "We want to surprise and delight our guests and bring them into stores," said Target's Jamie Bastian.
