Brazilian diver comes out ahead of Olympics

Brazilian diver Ian Matos publicly came out as gay in an interview with the newspaper Correio last week, citing Olympic diver Tom Daley's coming out in December as a motivation for his decision. Matos, who lived in Pennsylvania before moving to Rio de Janeiro to pursue his diving career, said he faced pressure to keep quiet until after the 2016 Summer Olympics.
