Ind. lawmakers debate marriage ban

Legislators in Indiana are debating a bill that would allow voters to decide this fall whether to amend the state Constitution to ban marriage equality, civil unions and same-sex domestic partnerships. The state House Judiciary Committee heard arguments from both sides Monday, but delayed a vote that could have advanced the bill.
