Obama unveils regular review of U.S. energy infrastructure

President Barack Obama on Thursday announced the Quadrennial Energy Review, which will assess U.S. energy infrastructure every four years to ensure "that federal energy policies continue to meet the nation's economic, environmental and security goals." The White House said the project will initially review power plants, storage facilities, pipelines, local circuits and power lines.
