New Marriott "At Your Service" program sends pre-stay e-mails to guests

Marriott International has launched a pre-arrival e-mail program offering guests extensive local information for stays at 2,500 hotels. Under the "Marriott At Your Service" program, guests receive an e-mail five days prior to check-in, with information about local transportation, weather and restaurants. Guests can also pre-arrange spa treatments, room service and other services.
