Supreme Court dismisses Wal-Mart disability complaint

An employee with disabilities does not have grounds to challenge Wal-Mart for reassigning her to a lower-paying position after an injury, the U.S. Supreme Court indicated today, dismissing the employee's appeal. A district court originally ruled on the employee's behalf, but a federal-appeals court overturned that ruling.
