Florida governor may veto certification-incentive cut:

The Florida Legislature's $11 million cut to the state's national-certification incentives may be vetoed by the state's Republican governor. That cut is part of a roughly $466 million package of K-12 cuts identified by the legislature. Gov. Charlie Crist, who had recommended $370 million in K-12 cuts, met Tuesday with state and national teachers union leaders.
