Others' delays will not derail pipeline, TransCanada exec says

TransCanada executive Russ Girling says production delays in the U.S. and Canada will not deter construction of the $12 billion Keystone oil pipeline because most of the crude it will deliver already is under contract. The first phase to Illinois and Oklahoma is forecast to deliver up 590,000 barrels a day starting later this year.
