Florida senator confident on high-speed rail funding

Sen. Bill Nelson, D-Fla., has expressed confidence that his state will win $2.3 billion of the federal high-speed rail funds that come available this winter, saying he believes "the decision has already been made." States around the country are awaiting word on the funding. In Illinois, Gov. Pat Quinn called high-speed rail the "wave of the future" for his state.
