Georgia board set to vote on vouchers for students with special needs

Georgia Board of Education members are set to vote on changes to the Georgia Special Needs Scholarship Program, which provides vouchers for students who have disabilities to attend different public or private schools. Some parents and advocates say the changes -- meant to clarify criteria for enrollment and applying for students with special needs who want to attend private schools -- do not go far enough to provide school choice to such students.
