Healthy diet may reduce depression, anxiety risk

Australian researchers found depression and anxiety were 30% less likely among women eating a traditional Australian diet of mostly vegetables, fruit, meat and grains, and 50% more likely among those who ate a "Western" diet of burgers, white bread, pizza, flavored milk drinks, beer and sugar-laden foods.
