North Carolina looks to aid small firms

North Carolina Gov. Bev Perdue announced Wednesday that she will propose tax incentives for small businesses "that are born in North Carolina, create jobs in North Carolina and stay in North Carolina." The governor also announced a federally funded program called Biz Boost that will help owners of small companies get credit, financial advice and staffing assistance.
