Lawmakers are working to design a robust solution to the country's transport problems, says Transportation Department Secretary Ray LaHood -- but the price tag for multi-year transport legislation could run to half a billion dollars. "President Obama wants a robust, comprehensive transportation bill," LaHood said. "The problem is that project, that bill, costs between four or five hundred billion dollars."
