Mexican operator to take P.F. Chang's to Brazil

Mexico-based Alsea SAB has won the exclusive rights to develop P.F. Chang's China Bistro in Brazil, and plans to spend about $85 million to open 30 eateries there in the next decade. Alsea, which also operates Starbucks and Domino's Pizza restaurants, opened its first P.F. Chang's in Mexico in 2009 and has the exclusive development rights there as well as Argentina, Chile and Colombia.
