Nursing job market tougher for new grads, experts say

The health care industry has been driving job growth in the U.S. since the recession, but many recent nursing-school graduates are still having trouble finding jobs, observers say. Health care providers commonly post job descriptions that rule out candidates with no experience, which makes job hunting more difficult for recent grads. Some experts say the job prospects for young nurses should get better in the next few years as the demand for health care services grows.
