Regulators face lawsuits at record pace as rules keep coming

New rules appear to be driving a wedge between regulators and groups they oversee, as for the first time industry representatives go to court to defend themselves from regulations. ISDA, along with the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association, brought the first successful lawsuit, stopping Commodity Futures Trading Commission rules designed to slow commodity trading.
