Why seeking the perfect candidate is a waste of time

Companies should focus less on finding the perfect candidate and more on employee training and retention, Lance Haun writes. "I'm not suggesting you go the other direction and hire whomever you want, no matter the consequence. It is time, however, to think much more strategically about purple squirrels and the pursuit of perfect candidates everywhere," Haun writes.
