Scientists in Singapore seek to develop better dengue virus vaccine

Researchers in Singapore have discovered how the dengue virus evades the human body's immune system. There are four types of the mosquito-borne virus and people become immune to whichever one they contract, but getting another type of the virus after can cause greater damage. Scientists say they hope the discovery will lead to a "more targeted" vaccine.
