Travel agents and their planning expertise are once again attracting travelers as the appeal of self-booking online appears to be on the decline. Some travelers say they have built a strong relationship with their agents. "I thought I'd be paying more by using a travel agent, but that's not the case. I like the fact that I can call Larry and Lynda and say, 'I'm not doing anything next June. Whatcha got going? Any specials?'" said Shirley Fulton, a client of Florida-based Cruise Holidays.
