Meat plant adds safety measures

Prior to last year's meat recall, the ConAgra plant in Greeley, Colo., spent $30 million to make the plant and its products safe. Admitting that it has not found the "silver bullet" to guaranteeing a perfectly safe environment, the plant manager says there are plans to add more safety procedures.
