California schoolchildren honor Martin Luther King Jr.'s commitment to peace

As public schools prepare to celebrate the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday, students in the multicultural Walnut Creek school district are learning about tolerance and peaceful conflict resolution. Mt. Diablo Peace Center Director Jeanelyse Doran says the annual focus on Dr. King helps students reaffirm their commitment to his vision of a better world.
