Nintendo faces bit of identity crisis

Nintendo is suffering from disappointing sales for its GameCube console, and it may be due to a bit of company identity crisis. The GameCube's games are designed mostly for children, which may not square with the console gaming concept, which tends to appeal to young adult males. Meanwhile, competitors such as Microsoft's Xbox have created a whole lifestyle around their games.
