Trade gap draws tighter in November

The monthly report on the trade gap was the smallest since October 2002 and $4 billion lower than what analysts had expected. The U.S. trade deficit was $38 billion in November as exports rose to their highest level in three years, increasing 2.9% to $90.6 billion.
