Editorials: Monitor, Post criticize drug-negotiation bill

Two newspapers published editorials criticizing the bill passed by the House to require Medicare to negotiate drug prices. The Christian Science Monitor said a better way is to set up a "means test" for Medicare recipients, while the Washington Post called the bill "misguided" because a congressional report says any savings would be negligible.
