Study: Adult stem cells have broad regeneration potential

New research shows stem cells taken from bone marrow can rebuild bone marrow and make brain and liver cells in mice. The multipotent adult progenitor cells completely repopulated the blood system of the mice and possibly can regenerate a range of cells and tissues, the scientists reported.
