Maryland to close troubled home for those with severe disabilities

The Baltimore-area's 120-year-old Rosewood Center will close within 18 months after repeated allegations of abuse and neglect, Gov. Martin O'Malley said Tuesday. While some advocates for those with disabilities cheered the announcement, O'Malley said he was still worried about how the 150 residents will adjust to the change.
