Coping with stress is top issue for managers

A survey in the U.K. indicates that stress management is the leading concern for senior managers this year, perhaps because of insecurities about their own job performance but also because they see the need to get the best performance and most productivity out of their teams. The survey from training specialist Video Arts indicates managers are more critical of themselves than nonmanagers are.
