Economic troubles tarnish Kushner's trophy property

The value of 666 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, which Jared Kushner acquired two years ago for $1.8 billion, is rapidly declining. Occupancy has fallen by 10%, and Citigroup, the building's biggest tenant, gave up about 80,000 square feet of space.
