Northrop expects NATO order for eight UAVs

Northrop Grumman Corp. expects "a key announcement by the end of the week" regarding NATO's decision to buy eight Global Hawk unmanned reconnaissance aircraft, plus ground stations, in a deal valued at more than $1.3 billion. The contract would bring about 150 new engineering jobs to Melbourne, Fla., where the Global Hawk program is managed.
