Number of Glasgow children suspended, expelled down by 25%

The number of students expelled permanently or suspended from schools in Glasgow, Scotland, has fallen by about 25%. Officials credit the decline with an intense effort by teachers and others to work with children who misbehave in school. Some of those students are sent to off-site learning centres.
