Report: 150 million mobile-banking users by 2011

With mobile banking growing quickly in North America and Western Europe, the number of users will top 150 million by 2011, Juniper Research predicts in a new report that notes the Far East remains the most advanced in adopting the service. "Mobile banking is a key element in banks' distribution channel strategies as they compete to attract and retain customers," said analyst Howard Wilcox, the report's author.
