Roofing firm could face $42,000 in fines for scaffolding accident

OSHA could fine a Pennsylvania roofing $420,000 for an incident that killed two workers in July. The workers were electrocuted when a scaffolding hit a power line. Federal regulators said the company violated rules by placing the scaffolding too close to power lines.
