DOT makes it easier for passengers to file complaints

The Department of Transportation has redesigned its consumer website to allow easier submission of airline passenger complaints. "The idea of redesigning it is to make it more user-friendly and easier to navigate," a department spokesman said of the site,, which also includes travel tips, flight delay statistics and contact information for airline customer service managers.
