Eminent domain sought to remove tree from airport flight path

A single tree is obstructing visibility for pilots at New York's Saratoga County Airport, posing a threat to the county's tourism and public safety, said residents at a public hearing this week. The hearing was a first step in an eminent domain proceeding to take ownership of airspace above a home next to the airport and cut down any trees that encroach on the airport's airspace.
