Feds open "meaningful use" rules for public comment

The CMS and the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT on Wednesday officially opened for public scrutiny their proposed "meaningful use" rules. The public may comment on the measures over the next 60 days and then revisions will be made before ONC issues the final rule, expected this spring.
