JPMorgan Chase earned $11.7 billion for the year ended Dec. 31, up from $5.6 billion a year earlier. In the fourth quarter, JPMorgan earned $3.3 billion. Despite the strong results, JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon expressed caution about 2010. "While we are seeing some stability in delinquencies, credit costs remain high and weak employment and home prices persist," Mr. Dimon said.
