A guide from the American College of Physicians Foundation and sponsored by Janssen Pharmaceuticals aims to educate internal medicine doctors, family physicians and nurse practitioners on recognizing the signs of atrial fibrillation and selecting the appropriate anticoagulant treatment. The stroke-prevention campaign also includes a booklet and three videos for patients and caregivers, and a compendium for hospitals. Janssen makes the anti-coagulant rivaroxaban.
